How do I return an item?
If you have made an error on your order, or if you wish to cancel an item, please call immediately. Otherwise, returns, exchanges, or cancelled invoices are subject to pre-approval and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. For pre-approval, please call Customer Service at 706-625-1126 Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
TYGAR accepts most major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer/cash.
SALES POLICIES: All orders are prepaid prior to shipment. Deposits or payments on equipment packages are required and are non-refundable if product or services of any kind have been provided to the customer. Returns, exchanges, or cancelled invoices are subject to pre-approval and 15% restocking fee. There is no minimum order.
Freight Policy: All orders are shipped freight prepaid; shipments are FOB TYGAR's factory. All freight claims must be made by consignee and settled with the freight carrier. For any shortages not due to damage, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.
